The white binding and ebony fretboard set this Standard apart from the rest. The feel and sound come from a slim '60s neck design with a smaller peghead, push-in-bushing green tuning keys, and nickel or gold hardware. Burstbucker Pro pickups feature Alnico V magnets like those used in the '50s. One coil has more wraps than the other, as did most '50s and early '60s "Patent Applied For" pickups. They're double-potted for a tighter, balanced, biting tone with more midrange. Mahogany body and neck with maple top and rosewood fretboard.
